Aston Villa Foundation

Community & Charity

The club's official charity, using the power of Aston Villa to improve lives across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

Using the badge to change lives

The Aston Villa Foundation is the club's independent charity, working in Aston, Birmingham and across the West Midlands. It uses the reach and appeal of Aston Villa to reach people who might not otherwise engage with education, health or employment support — turning the shared love of the claret and blue into real, practical opportunities for the local community.

The Foundation works closely with schools, local authorities, the NHS and community partners, and much of its work sits alongside the places on this map — many of the streets and landmarks featured here are also where the Foundation's programmes happen day to day.

On the Cultural Map

This map exists to connect supporters and the local Aston community to the history and culture around Villa Park — and the Foundation is a big part of that story, working in these same streets every week. As the map's landmark list grows, we'd like to flag Foundation locations and activity directly where relevant, with the Foundation's input.
